K_W03 has in-depth knowledge of principles and institutions in the field of criminal, civil, administrative, constitutional law as well as judicial and administrative procedures. Verification method: test, assessment of activity during classes; assessment of teamwork effects.

K_W08 knows and understands the terminology appropriate to specific disciplines of law. Verification method: test, assessment of activity during classes; assessment of teamwork effects.

K_U01 is able to correctly interpret and explain the meanings of specific legal norms and the mutual relations between these norms within a specific field of law. Verification method: test, assessment of activity during classes; assessment of teamwork effects.

K_U05 is fluent in the Polish law system, uses the norms of individual areas of law to solve specific problems by himself; depending on his own interests (selected specialization subjects) has extended skills in solving complicated practical problems in a given field of law. K_K06 Uses the acquired knowledge to resolve legal dilemmas, interpretative ambiguous matters; can indicate possible solutions, observing ethical standards. Verification method: test, assessment of activity during classes; assessment of teamwork effects.

Active participation in exercises and work in groups can increase the final grade of the credit by 1 degree.
