1. 3ZPR_W05 - The student has basic knowledge about man as the creator and participant of economic and legal structures and their principles

functioning (PS_W05)

2.3ZPR_U02 - Student is able to use basic theoretical knowledge and obtain data for analyzing specific processes and phenomena in the field of economics and rights (PS_U02)

3. 3ZPR_U09 - The student is able to prepare written works and multimedia presentations devoted to a specific issue in the field economic and legal sciences, properly selecting and verifying source materials for the preparation of work (PS_U09)

4. 3ZPR_K02 - Student is able to work in a group, assuming different roles in it (PS_K02)

5. 3ZPR_K05 - The student is prepared to participate in the development of social projects taking into account the legal aspects and economical (PS_K05)

Credit score. Percentage of points for getting the grade:

very good - 100% - 91%,

a good plus - 90% - 81%,

good - 80% - 71%,

sufficient plus - 70% - 61%,

sufficient - 60% - 51%,

insufficient - 50% and less.

Forms of passing the subject: preparing your own project (group work) and / or activity during classes (discussions, presentations)

1. Projects in the organization. Design environment.

2. Project management as a field of knowledge, history and perspectives. Project life cycle.

3. Selected project management methodologies.

4. Initiating and defining the project (stakeholders, problems, project goals).

5. Work using the logic matrix method.

6. Planning within the framework of the project (structure, terms, resources). Project execution.

7. Budgeting the project.

8. Project manager. Organizing a project team.

9. Selected cross-cutting issues of project management.

10. Monitoring, control and evaluation. Closing the project.
