Student can use aesthetic categories in interpreting art and analyzing socio-cultural reality.

Student can present their understanding of art with respect for different views.

Sposoby weryfikacji efektów kształcenia:

– discussion during class (1, 2, 3)

– presentations (1, 2, 3)

– consultations (1, 2, 3)

Metody i kryteria oceniania:

Two absences are allowed. In the case of more absences, student should immediately discuss it during the consultation. Unauthorized absence of more than 50% makes it impossible to get course credit.

Zakres tematów:

1. Aesthetic as an scientific discipline.

2. Aesthetic values and aesthetic experience.

3. Interpretation of art (individual and group experience).

4. Visiting the local art galleries and museums.

5. The beauty myth.

6. Art – my passion. Classes based on students presentations.

7. The need to be seen – classes on the base of Marina Abramović “Artist is Present”.

8. Crossing the boundaries in art.

9. Aesthetic, artistic and cultural values of traditional craft. Intercultural dialogue.

10. Philosophy of fashion.

11. Aesthetics of smell, taste and food (with intercultural discussions).

12. Evaluation of the workshop, feedback.

Metody dydaktyczne:

Discussion, interpretation workshops, presentations, consultations.
