The purpose of the course is to present at an advanced level certain terminology used in the theory and practice of corporate finance, selected relationships relevant to corporate finance, as well as methods and tools used in this area.

Prerequisites (so-called sequential system of classes and examinations): none

Number of hours of teaching divided into forms of teaching: Lecture: 30 hours; Exercises: 30 hrs.

Teaching methods:

- Lecture: lecture enriched with multimedia presentations, formation of discussion groups

- Exercises: solving tasks and examples using current legal solutions (case study).

ECTS credits: 6 points.

- Preparation for exercises: 24 hrs.

- Literature study: 17 hrs.

Metody i kryteria oceniania:

- Lecture: written exam (100% test)

- Exercises: colloquium, solving tasks and practical examples (case study), class activity.
