(tylko po angielsku) It a descriptive course concerning the criminological aspects of cross-border criminality in Europe. It presents the phenomenon of illegal/irregular migration, goods smuggling, human traficking, organised crime ect. in the European Union. Explaining the factors influencing the growth and the decrease of crime figures. If focuses on the structure of cross-border criminality referring to the different European data sources. |

(tylko po angielsku) Profile of studies - general academic. Form of study - stacionary. Course type - optional. Field and discipline of science - social sciences and legal sciences. Prerequisites - Criminal law. Number of didactic hours divided into forms of conducting classes - 16 hours of seminar ( 8 hours remote teaching asynchronously). Didactic methods - seminar, consultations. ECTS points - 4. Student workload balance - participation in classes 16 hours ( 8 hours remote teaching asynchronously, preparation for classes and exam 50 hours, participation in consultations related to classes 42 hours, exam 1 hour. Total: 100 hours, corresponding to 4 ECTS credits. Quantitative indicators - student workload related to activities requiring a teacher's direct participation of 50 hours, which corresponds to 2 ECTS credits, and student workload that does not require direct teacher participation 50 hours, which corresponds to 2 ECTS credits. |
