Założenia (opisowo):

It a descriptive course concerning the public economic law in Poland (including EU law). It is an introductory course providing students with basic information concerning economic activity and entrepreneurs in Poland and the EU. The aim of the course is to introduce the students to the main ideas, knowledge, and trends of the legal aspects of economic activity in Poland and the EU. The course presents the origins of public economic law in Poland and the basic terminology in this field. In this course, students will be acquainted with the most important issues in the field of the undertaking, conducting, and terminating economic activity in Poland and the EU. Teaching methods: lecture with elements of discussion and work with the legal acts and case law.

Number of didactic hours divided into forms of conducting classes - 15 hours of seminar.

Teaching methods - classic lecture supplemented with multimedia presentations, seminar, consultations.

Student workload balance - participation in 15 hours of classes, preparation for classes and exam 37,5 hours, participation in consultations related to classes 20,5 hours, exam 2 hour. Total: 75 hours, equivalent to 1,5 ECTS credits.
