  • roczny wymiar godzinowy nakładu pracy studenta konieczny do osiągnięcia zakładanych efektów uczenia się dla danego etapu studiów wynosi 1500-1800 h, co odpowiada 60 ECTS;
  • tygodniowy wymiar godzinowy nakładu pracy studenta wynosi 45 h;
  • 1 punkt ECTS odpowiada 25-30 godzinom pracy studenta potrzebnej do osiągnięcia zakładanych efektów uczenia się;
  • tygodniowy nakład pracy studenta konieczny do osiągnięcia zakładanych efektów uczenia się pozwala uzyskać 1,5 ECTS;
  • nakład pracy potrzebny do zaliczenia przedmiotu, któremu przypisano 3 ECTS, stanowi 10% semestralnego obciążenia studenta.

Skrócony opis:

The subject of the course is to discuss the project management process in the full life cycle of the project: i.e. from the start of the project through planning and implementation for project control and evaluation. Some of the classes will be devoted to the subject of European project management and approximate information on modern methods to assist in efficient and effective project management.

Prerequisites (so-called sequential system of classes and exams): management basics

Number of hours of didactic classes divided into forms of conducting classes: 30 hours of lecture and 30 hours of classes

Teaching methods:

- traditional lecture conducted with the use of multimedia presentations, involving students to discussions during the lecture,

- exercises: engaging students for individual and group work, multimedia presentations.

Forms of passing the subject:

- exercises: credit for the grade based on: the activity in the classroom and/or colloquium and/or given topics to independent preparation and presentation (project)

- lecture: final written/ oral exam or presentations of students.

ECTS credits: 5

Balance of student workload:

- Participation for the lectures - 30h

- Preparation for the exam / presentations - 30h

- Participation for the exercises 30 h

- Preparation for the colloquium, other written assignments - 35h.

Efekty uczenia się:

Student:

1. has a basic knowledge of the functioning, transformation and development of business organizations based on the method

project management (Z1_W03)

2. has elementary knowledge about the types of relationships taking place

between organizations on a national and international scale taking part in the EU project management process (Z1_W04)

3. has in-depth knowledge of norms and rules (including legal, organizational, ethical) organizing structures and institutions

economic and the regularities that govern them, and their sources, nature, changes and ways of operating in the field of management

projects, including EU (Z1_W08)

4. has knowledge about the principles of the organization and

processes of changes taking place in their structures and

factors determining the causes, course, scales and

consequences of these changes in connection with the implementation of projects ((Z1_W09)

5. can correctly analyze and interpret the causes and

course of processes and phenomena in the field of project management, including EU projects (Z1_U01)

6. uses normative and selected systems

legal and moral standards, professional standards, in

to solve problems in the field of project management (Z1_U03)

7. can correctly analyze and interpret phenomena in the field of project management (Z1_U06)

8. can prepare written and multimedia presentations

devoted to a specific project management issue (Z1_U07)

8. is able to work in a group performing various tasks related to the process and project management tools ((Z1_K02)

Forms of passing the subject:

- exercises: grade based on the activity in the classroom and / or colloquium and/or given topics to independent preparation and presentation

- lecture: graade based on yhe final written/ oral exam or presentations of students.
