Założenia (opisowo): | The objective of this course is to provide a better understanding of different ADR methods and negotiation styles utilized in Europe as well as in the U.S. The class has a both theoretical and practical angle as they learn how to present a mediators monologue or how to draw up the terms of reference in an arbitration procedure. |

Profile of studies - general academic. Form of study - full-time. Course type - specialization. Field and discipline of science - social sciences, legal sciences. Year of study / semester - year V / semester IX. Prerequisites - none. The number of hours of didactic classes divided into forms of conducting classes - 12 hours of lecture. Teaching methods - lecture, consultation. ECTS points - 4. Student workload balance - participation in classes 12 hours, preparation for classes and exam 50 hours, participation in consultations related to classes 36 hours, exam 2 hours. Total: 100 hours, corresponding to 4 ECTS credits. Quantitative indicators - student workload related to activities requiring a teacher's direct participation of 50 hours, which corresponds to 2.0 ECTS credits, and student workload that does not require direct teacher participation 50 hours, which corresponds to 2.0 ECTS credits. |
