(tylko po angielsku) The main aim of the course in the subject of "Public Finance" is to present the mechanism of the functioning of the public finance system in the modern economy, with particular emphasis on the Polish experience. The role of the state in the economy and the instruments of its impact on economic entities and society will be analyzed. Moreover, the issues of collecting public funds by means of financial and fiscal instruments, as well as the state budget and public deficit and debt will be discussed. The tax system and the principles of its operation will also be presented, along with an analysis of the fiscal policy. |

(tylko po angielsku) Profile of studies: general academic Form of studies: full-time Type of course: Group_3 Core subjects Field and discipline of science: social sciences, economics and finance Year of studies/semester 1st year / 1st semester Entry requirements (the so-called sequential system of classes and examinations): no requirements Number of teaching hours with the division into the forms of teaching: 30 hours of lectures, 30 hours of classes Teaching methods: - lectures: conversational lecture, PowerPoint presentations; - classes: presentation of individual issues, discussion, PowerPoint presentations, self-work of students, case studies. ECTS credits: 5 Balance of students' work: - participation in lectures 30 h - participation in classes 30 h - preparation for classes 45 h - preparation for a test of 20 h - preparation for the exam 20 h - participation in the exam 1 hour - participation in consultations 4 hours Quantitative indicators: - requiring the direct participation of the teacher: 65 h, 2.6 ECTS |
