Knowledge of French at an advanced level. During the course, it is intended to enable students to freely express their opinions, reflect on the process of learning foreign languages ​​as well as read and interpret basic academic texts in the field of French language teaching methodology.

Skrócony opis:

To familiarize students with the basic issues of learning and teaching selected elements of a foreign language;

Providing students with workshop and reflective exercises;

Referring to the experiences acquired in the process of learning a foreign language and to the recommendations of modern methodology of teaching foreign languages;

Developing reflection and assessment skills, creating a forum for discussion on educational difficulties related to learning and teaching vocabulary, grammar, phonetics and spelling in French, and teaching and educational problems related to their teaching, providing substantive assistance in the transition from theory to practice.

Development of knowledge of teaching techniques related to the latest trends in language education and the ability to recognize individual predispositions of students, developing autonomy in the teaching process; developing the ability to apply modern technologies in teaching French.

The graduate knows and understands:

basic concepts for learning and teaching elements of the French language (vocabulary, grammar, phonetics and spelling);

a simple article on the methodology of teaching French;

the concept of autonomy and how to promote it in French lessons in relation to learning and teaching elements of the language;

basic technological resources used in French lessons useful in teaching vocabulary and grammar.

The graduate is able to:

Select and assess didactic materials, the indispensible exercises and, if necessary, conduct a French language lesson focused on teaching selected lexical elements;

Develop didactic materials necessary to support yourself as a student and possibly conduct French lessons focused on teaching selected aspects of grammar;

Design and evaluate language exercises using modern electronic media useful for learning and teaching selected language elements, mainly lexis and grammar;

Use different sources when designing teaching materials

The graduate is ready to:

Collaborate in a group, assume various functions and a critical attitude about the quality of the developed and presented teaching materials;

Recognize the need for continuous education of one's professional and linguistic competences and demonstrate responsibility for the accuracy of the language and cultural content conveyed by him during lessons (being a 'carrier' of the language and culture of the French-speaking area)

accompanying the profession of a French language teacher.

Metody i kryteria oceniania:

La préparation adéquate au cours ;

La participation active pendant le cours ;

Deux absences sans justification admises ;

Deux interventions publiques sur la base d’une lecture proposée ou d’une recherche indépendante de l’étudiant(e) ;

La mise au point d’un projet pédagogique de courte durée (3 – 4 semaines) débouchant sur un récapitulatif précis (présentation) ;

Une note suffisante obtenue à l’épreuve finale sous forme de test à choix multiples et, éventuellement, 2 – 3 questions ouvertes.

- bez zwolnienia lekarskiego obniżają ocenę końcową o 0,5 stopnia za każdą a więcej niż cztery, dyskwalifikują
