Przedmiot specjalizacyjny - Introduction to the International Trade Law

During the lecture, the student acquires knowledge of the basic concepts related to international commercial law, international economic policy, the structure of international trade and international trade organizations.

The number of hours of didactic classes divided into forms of conducting classes - 12 hours of lecture (including 6 hours of remote synchronous lecture).

Teaching methods - lecture, consultation.

ECTS points - 3.

Student workload balance - participation in classes 12 hours (including 6 hours of remote synchronous lecture), preparation for classes and exam 37,5 hours, participation in consultations related to classes 25,5 hours. Total: 75 hours, corresponding to 3 ECTS credits.

Quantitative indicators - student workload related to activities requiring a teacher's direct participation of 37,5 hours, which corresponds to 1.5 ECTS credits, and student workload that does not require direct teacher participation 37,5 hours, which corresponds to 1.5 ECTS credits.

KNOWLEDGE, graduate:

KA7_WG3 - has in-depth knowledge of the principles and institutions of criminal, civil, administrative and constitutional law as well as judicial and administrative procedures,

KA7_WK3 - knows and understands the terminology appropriate to particular disciplines of law.

SKILLS, graduate:

KA7_UW1 - is able to correctly interpret and explain the meaning of specific legal norms and the mutual relations between these norms within a specific field of law,

KA7_UO1 - moves efficiently in the Polish legal system, uses the norms of individual areas of law to independently solve specific problems; depending on their own interests (selected specialization subjects), they have extended skills in solving complex practical problems in a specific field of law.

SOCIAL COMPETENCES, graduate:

KA7_KK2 - can independently and critically supplement knowledge and skills, extended by an interdisciplinary dimension.

The condition for passing the course is attendance at classes. A maximum of one absence is allowed during the entire class.

Assessment in the form of a preparation of a multimedia presentation on a given topic.
