Założenia (opisowo):

(tylko po angielsku) The aim of this course is to provide students with knowledge on administrative proceedings. After this course a student should not only be able to show their theoretical abilities but also problem-solving skills in the scope of administrative proceedings.

Skrócony opis: (tylko po angielsku)

The course aims to provide basic knowledge on Polish administrative proceedings. It presents issues such as participants of proceedings (public authorities, party to proceedings), principles of administrative proceedings, commencement of proceedings, evidences, remedies and other problems connected with a decision making process. The course shows main legal institutions in comparison with other European legal systems.

Knowledge:

- student posseses deeper knowledge concerning principles and institutions in the field of criminal, civil, administrative,constitutional law as well as judical and administrative procedures (K_W03) - chacked by written essay;

- student knows and understands the terminology appropriate to specific disciplines of law (K_W08) - chacked by written essay and oral presentation.

Skills:

- student is able to interpret and explain the meaning of particular norms and the relations among them in framework of administrative law (K_U01) - chacked by written essay;

- student efficiently moves around the system of administrative law, uses administrative law norms of in order to solve particular problems individually; has wider skills of solving complicated practical problems in area of administrative law (K_U05) - chacked by written essay.

Social competence:

- student is ready to think individually and to suplement his/her knowledge and skills including interpdisciplinary aspects (K_K06) - chacked by written essay.
