| Założenia (opisowo): | It a descriptive course concerning the public economic law in Poland (including EU law). It is an introductory course providing students with basic information concerning economic activity and entrepreneurs in Poland and the EU. The aim of the course is to introduce the students to the main ideas, knowledge, and trends of the legal aspects of economic activity in Poland and the EU. The course presents the origins of public economic law in Poland and the basic terminology in this field. In this course, students will be acquainted with the most important issues in the field of the undertaking, conducting, and terminating economic activity in Poland and the EU. Teaching methods: lecture with elements of discussion and work with the legal acts and case law. |

Profile of studies - general academic. Form of study - blended learning. Course type - optional. Field and discipline of science - social sciences and legal sciences. Prerequisites - Civil law. The number of didactic hours divided into forms of conducting classes - 30 hours of seminar. Didactic methods - seminar, consultations, e-learning. ECTS points - 6. Student workload balance - participation in classes 54 hours, preparation for classes and exam 75 hours, participation in consultations related to classes 19 hours, exam 2 hours Total: 150 hours, corresponding to 6 ECTS credits. Quantitative indicators - student workload related to activities requiring a teacher's direct participation of 75 hours, which corresponds to 3 ECTS credits, and student workload that does not require direct teacher participation 75 hours, which corresponds to 3 ECTS credits. |

| Efekty uczenia się: |
KA7_WG4 – has advanced knowledge of the principles and institutions of public law (financial law, tax law, economic law, commercial law). KA7_WK3 – knows and understands the terminology specific to individual branches of law. KA7_WK4 – knows the system of Polish law, the existing interrelations within this system, as well as the relationships and connections of Polish law with European Union law and international law. KA7_WK8 – has knowledge of the general principles of establishing and running individual entrepreneurship, making use of knowledge from fields and disciplines relevant to the study of law. KA7_UW2 – is able to correctly interpret and explain the meaning of specific legal norms and the mutual relations between these norms in an interdisciplinary context. KA7_UW3 – is able to apply theoretical knowledge from various branches of law. KA7_UU2 – perceives the connections between legal phenomena and other cultural and social phenomena. KA7_KO3 – is able to think and act in an entrepreneurial manner. |
