Założenia (opisowo): | Students will be taught about the history of law in Europe, with special focus on Polish legal history. The aim is to provide students with understanding of changes in political and legal systems in Europe. The most important events in European legal history will be discussed. The course will show how closely Polish history of law in connected with the European context – from the medieval ages till 20th century. |

K_W03 - student has deepened knowledge in the field of principles and institutions of history of law in Poland and in Europe; K_W08 - student knows and understands the terminology in the field of history of law; K_U01 - student is able to explain and interprete the meaning of legal norms and the relations between these norms in the field of European history of law; K_U05 - student is able to operate freely, is self-efficent in solving problems in the field of European history of law and has widened skills in solving complicated issues of legal history in Poland and in Europe; K_K06 - student can be self-efficient in and critical in gaining knowledge and skills about history of law in Europe in interdisciplinary context. |
Metody i kryteria oceniania: |
Each student will be presenting his/her studies on discussed topic. Each student will have to present selected problem of the history of law in his/her own country's in comparison with history of law in Europe. At the end each student will have to present a paper on the issues selected by him/her. The students must be present during classes. |
