study profile - generally acedemic form of study - stationary type of item - optional specialization field and discypline of sciense - social siences and legal sciences year of study/ - IV/VIII semester number of teaching hours - 12 hours teaching methods - discussion, analysis of legal acts, consultations, solving case studies points ECTS - 4 points student workload balance: participation in classes 6 hours; preparation for classes and exam (including 6 hours e-learning) 50 hours; participation in class-related consultations 44 hours; together 100 hours which corresponds 4 points ECTS quantitative indicators - student workload associated with activities that require the direct participation of a teacher 50 hours, which corresponds 2 points ECTS and student workload that does not require direct teacher participation 50 hours, which corresponds 2 points ECTS. |

K_W03, has in-depth knowledge of principles and institutions in the field of criminal, civil, administrative, constitutional law as well as judicial and administrative procedures - cases K_W08, knows and understands the terminology appropriate to specific disciplines of law - cases K_U01, is able to correctly interpret and explain the meanings of specific legal norms and the mutual relations between these norms within a specific field of law - cases K_U05, efficiently navigates the Polish law system, uses the norms of individual areas of law to solve specific problems by themselves; depending on his own interests (selected specialization subjects) has extended skills in solving complicated practical problems in a given field of law - cases K_K06 is able to independently and critically supplement knowledge and skills extended by the interdisciplinary dimension - cases activity during classes, frequency, passing tasks from the part e-learning and a paper on specified topic. |
