Założenia (opisowo): | The lecture aims to familiarize students with the basic information on children's rights. The thematic scope of the course focuses on human rights, the development of a system for the protection of children's rights, individual rights and freedoms of the child, basic dilemmas related to children's rights in the modern world and protection measures. |

Pełny opis: |
Profile of studies - general academic. Form of study - full-time. Course type - specialization. Field and discipline of science - social sciences and legal sciences. Prerequisites - none. ECTS - 6. Student workload balance - participation in classes - 30 hours, preparation for classes - 75 hours, participation in consultations - 43 hours, exam - 2 hours. Total: 150 hours, which corresponds to 6 ECTS credits. Quantitative indicators - student workload related to activities requiring a teacher's direct participation 75 hours, which corresponds to 3 ECTS points, and student workload that does not require a direct teacher participation 75 hours, which corresponds to 3 ECTS points. Number of didactic hours divided into forms of conducting classes - 30 hours of lecture. Teaching methods - lecture, multimedia presentations, analysis of judicial decisions. |

Written test. Grade scale from 2 to 5 6 points - dst, 7 points - dst plus, 8 points - db, 9 points - db plus, 10 points - very good. Active participation in exercises and work in groups can increase the final grade of the credit by 1 degree. |
