(tylko po angielsku) Objectives of the subject: Presentation of a short history, the main directions of the development, and the limitations of artificial intelligence (in short, AI). An introductory course on selected topics of AI, for instance, knowledge representation, machine learning or searching of a state space. Presentation of the theoretical foundations of methods and technologies of AI. Teaching of selected methods and technologies of AI to make it possible to use them in practice. |

(tylko po angielsku) A graduate - knows elementary notions, properties, and methods used in the main research fields of artificial intelligence KA6_WG11; - can describe problems expressed in natural language using an artificial intelligence terminology KA6_UW14; - can themselves solve a problem, present its solution, and make conclusions KA6_UK3; - can collaborate with others at the realization of a project if needed KA6_UO2; - monitors the development of the artificial intelligence methods and technologies KA6_UU1; - understands the necessity of adherence to the legal and ethical rules concerning the activity within the computer science society KA6_KR1. The verification method: exam, evaluation of the solutions of project tasks, activity at the classes. |
