The aim of the course is to familiarize students with the correct approach to human resources in an organization. As part of the course, the basic issues related to human resource management will be presented. The individual stages of the HR process will be analyzed. The principles that should be implemented during each stage will be indicated. |

General academic profile, Form of full-time studies. Type of course Module 4 Core subjects The field and discipline of social science, the discipline of management and quality science Year of studies / semester Second year, fourth semester Entry requirements (the so-called sequential system of classes and examinations) There are no prerequisites Number of teaching hours with the division into the forms of teaching: 60 hours, including: 30 hours of lectures and 30 hours. exercise Teaching methods: - traditional lecture conducted with the use of multimedia presentations, engaging the audience to ask questions during the lecture, remote lecture - analysis of case studies, group tasks, group discussion, papers / presentations of students, tasks in e-learning ECTS credits 6 Balance of student workload Participation in lectures - 30 hours Participation in exercises - 30 hours Preparation for exercises, including a test - 36 hours. Preparation of a presentation / paper - 10 hours Consultation - 7 hours Preparation for the exam - 36 hours Participation in the exam - 1 hour The total student workload: 150 hours.
