Założenia (opisowo): | The course concentrates on the general rules of private international law (renvoi, qualification, public order clause, etc) and the issues connected with the structure and function of collision norms. It also examines the sources of private international law (PIL), especially Polish act of PIL and international agreements prepared by The Hague Conference of Private International law. Students are also introduced to the law application and choice of law theories and to the influence of UE law on national systems of PIL. |

Profile of studies - general academic. Form of study - full-time. Course type - specialization lecture. Field and discipline of science - social sciences and legal sciences. Year of study / sem. - year IV / sem. VIII. Prerequisites - none. Number of didactic hours divided into forms of conducting classes - 30 hours of lecture. Teaching methods - lecture, consultation. ECTS points - 6 (3 points - with direct participation of a teacher) |
