Skrócony opis:	The aim of the lecture is to indicate the problems and barriers that a state university must overcome to commercialize intellectual property (IP), and to indicate areas of possible solutions that science could offer. Commercialization of intellectual property covers legal, tax and accounting issues, including valuation problems, which requires a comprehensive approach and significant learning support in the form of developing patterns, diagrams, guidelines and tips to facilitate the practical implementation of this process.
Pełny opis:	Profile of studies - general academic. Form of study - full-time. Course type - compulsory. Field and discipline of science - social sciences and legal sciences. Year of study / sem. - year IV / sem. 7. Prerequisites - none. Number of didactic hours divided into forms of conducting classes - 16 hours of seminar. Teaching methods - classic lecture supplemented with multimedia presentations, seminar, consultations. ECTS points - 4. Student workload balance - participation in 16 hours of classes, preparation for classes and exam 50 hours, participation in consultations related to classes 33 hours, exam 1 hour. Total: 100 hours, equivalent to 4 ECTS credits. Quantitative indicators - student workload related to activities requiring direct teacher participation 50 hours, which corresponds to 2 ECTS points, and student workload, which does not require direct teacher participation 50 hours, which corresponds to 2 ECTS points.
