The basic aim of the course on Innovation and innovation policy is to present students with the aspect of innovation and innovativeness in relation to the prevailing socio-economic situation, as well as to draw attention to the importance of innovation policy in economic development. Factors determining the innovative potential of economies and operating economic entities, which determine their competitive position, also play an important role. |

The form intended for their verification is the correct interpretation of individual economic systems presented in the form of team work and discussion. - two unexcused absences from classes are allowed (4 teaching hours); absences exceeding the permissible limit should be counted during consultations; - more than 50% of unexcused and unmade-up absences from classes qualify for failing the course. |
