The aim of the course is:

- presentation of advanced issues related to the corporate finances,

- familiarizing students with the advanced concepts and principles of financial management of corporate,

- provide students with advanced knowledge in solving problems related to financial analysis and corporate planning,

- providing students with advanced knowledge in the field of obtaining financial resources and managing the property and capital structure.
