Short description: |
The aim of the course is to explain concepts in the field of economic policy, as well as to discuss the principles of particular types of economic policies and ways of implementing them in practice. The goals and conditions for implementing social and economic policy, the means and methods of achieving them, as well as the international and global context of the economic policy pursued in Poland will be presented. |

KNOWLEDGE 3PSG_W01 - The student knows and understands at an advanced level the structure and principles of operation of institutions involved in shaping economic policy, both at the micro- and macroeconomic level. (KP6_WG2) 3PSG _W02 - The student knows and understands to an advanced degree the relationships between entities in the real sphere and the sphere of regulation on a national and international scale. (KP6_WG3) 3PSG_W03 – The student knows and understands to an advanced degree the views of various economic schools on economic policy in a market economy according to (KP6_WG8) SKILLS 3PSG _U01 - The student is able to independently use the acquired knowledge to analyze, assess and predict the consequences of processes and phenomena in the field of economic and social policy, taking into account the multi-aspect nature of these processes, and to solve complex problems in this area. (KP6_UW3) 3PSG _U02 - The student is able to independently select appropriate methods and tools for analyzing and programming specific processes and assess trends in economic policy. (KP6_UW4) SOCIAL COMPETENCE 3PSG_K01 The student is ready to critically assess his knowledge and skills in the field of market and social processes taking place in the world. (KP6_KK1) 3PSG_K02 The student is ready to recognize the importance of knowledge in the field of Social and Economic Policy in solving cognitive problems, including seeking experts' opinions through the use of domestic and foreign expert opinions and reports (KP6_KK2). |
Assessment methods and assessment criteria: |
Forms of completing the course: lecture - written exam in the form of a test consisting of 20 closed questions, in exceptional cases an oral exam. exercises - point system based on tasks performed during classes and tests. Final test in a test-descriptive form. |
