Założenia (opisowo): | (tylko po angielsku) The aim of the course is - introducing students with the basics of juvenile delinquency and social rehabilitation, its specificity (as an interdisciplinary area of knowledge) in particular: -introducing with the theoretical and teleological foundations of social rehabilitation interactions - analysis of experience in the implementation of social rehabilitation impacts in the institutional and non-institutional dimension in Poland and abroad - analysis of social maladjustment and youth at risk problems in terms of etiology, symptomatology and preventive strategies |

(tylko po angielsku) 1. The adolescent dillema (youth in crisis, adolescent problems, discussing „at risk” concept, what is meant by the term „juvenile”) 2. The nature and the extend of delinquency in EU (official records on delinquency, data mining, crime mapping, juvenile delinquency trends in EU, chronic offending, juvenile victimisation 3. individual theories of delinquency (rational choice, trait theories (biosocial, psychological), Contemporary issues (diet, attention deficit, hyperactivity), psychological characteristics and delinquency, life course concepts 4. delinquency in social perspective (social structure, social disorganisation, strain, cultural deviance, social learning, social control, social reaction, social conflict 5. Gender and delinquency 6. Family and delinquency 7. Peers and delinquency 8. Schools and delinquency 9. Drug use and delinquency 10.
