Graduate:

KA7_WG3 - has an in-depth knowledge of the principles and institutions of criminal law, civil law, administrative law, constitutional law and court and administrative procedures

KA7_WK3 - knows and understands the terminology specific to the various disciplines of law

KA7_UW1 - is able to correctly interpret and explain the meanings of specific legal norms and mutual relations between these norms within a specific field of law

KA7_UO1 - moves smoothly in the system of Polish law, uses norms of individual fields of law to solve specific problems independently; depending on his/her own interests (selected specialization subjects), he/she has extended abilities to solve complicated practical problems within a specific field of law.

KA7_KK2 - he/she is able to independently and critically supplement knowledge and skills, extended by the interdisciplinary dimension

Verification: for all the effects - written exam

Metody i kryteria oceniania:

Participation in in the class is mandatory and constitutes the basis for the final grade.

If a person misses the class and wants to make it up, it has to be done within 2 weeks during the consutlation hours.

Grade scale from 2 to 5.

The course will be evaluated based on:

1. multiple choice test of 12 questions.

Grading system:

12-11 - 5

10 - 4,5

8-9 - 4

7 - 3,5

6 - 3

2. additional 05, of the grade can be addes based on the student presentation of the selected problems of international human rights.

Zakres tematów:

I. Introduction and general information about the definition of human rights, protection systems of the human rights in the world.

II. The specifics of state obligations, monitoring, mechanisms and procedure protection of human rights in international human rights, the judicial acticity of the European Court of Human Rights and other regional international court, the types of complaints lodged before this court and the impact of the case law on the national law of the States.
