The main aim of the course is for students to acquire theoretical knowledge as well as learn the practical principles of quality management.

U 01 Can analyze the course of organizational processes in terms of quality assurance Z_U01

U 02 Can analyze and interpret phenomena occurring in the organization and its environment with the use of selected tools of quality management Z_U06

K 01 Is able to work on solving quality problems using selected group problem-solving techniques Z_K02

Assessment methods and assessment criteria:

Real-time written exam in a classroom or real-time remote format using distance learning methods and techniques.
