The main aim of the course is for students to acquire theoretical knowledge as well as learn the practical principles of quality management. W 01 Has knowledge about the relations occurring between the company, its suppliers, and customers in the field of quality assurance Z1_W04 W 02 Has knowledge about the principles of quality management, particularly from the perspective of a process approach Z1_W09 U 01 Can analyze the course of organizational processes in terms of quality assurance Z_U01 U 02 Can analyze and interpret phenomena occurring in the organization and its environment with the use of selected tools of quality management Z_U06 K 01 Is able to work on solving quality problems using selected group problem-solving techniques Z_K02 Effects W 01, W 02 verified by an exam Effects U 01, U 02, K 01 verified with the use of case studies |
Assessment methods and assessment criteria: |
Real-time written exam in a classroom or real-time remote format using distance learning methods and techniques. evaluation sufficient (3) - 51-60% evaluation sufficient plus (3+) - 61-70% evaluation good (4) - 71-80% evaluation good plus (4+) - 81-90% evaluation very good (5) - 91-100%. |
