Brief description

(in Polish) Celem jest zapoznanie studentów z systemem finansowania podstawowych jednostek samorządu terytorialnego ze źródeł podatków i opłat lokalnych. W ramach zajęć omówione zostaną zagadnienia dotyczące nie tylko poszczególnych podatków i opłat lokalnych, ale także władztwa podatkowego, lokalnej polityki podatkowej oraz konkurencji podatkowej. Studenci będą mieli okazję dokonać analizy realizowanej lokalnej polityki podatkowej na przykładzie wybranych jednostek.
