Brief description

(in Polish) I. Cele i priorytety UE oraz państw członkowskich w zakresie kształtowania zasad podejmowania, wykonywania i zakończenia działalności gospodarczej.

II. Wolność gospodarcza wg acquis de l'union.

III. Zasady podejmowania, wykonywania i zakończenia działalności gospodarczej w Polsce jako państwie członkowskim Unii Europejskiej - ujęcie modelowe.

IV. Zasady podejmowania, wykonywania i zakończenia działalności gospodarczej w wybranych państwach członkowskich UE – praca w grupach.

Powyższe koncentruje się na ukazaniu i wyjaśnieniu (również w sposób ogólny i generalny właściwy dla ogółu państw członkowskich UE):

- potrzeby, roli i funkcji istnienia tzw. prawa przedsiębiorców,

- stosowanej terminologii,

- podstawowych instytucji właściwych dla tego typu regulacji wraz z uzasadnieniem ich roli i funkcji.
