  • tygodniowy wymiar godzinowy nakładu pracy studenta wynosi 45 h;
  • 1 punkt ECTS odpowiada 25-30 godzinom pracy studenta potrzebnej do osiągnięcia zakładanych efektów uczenia się;

(tylko po angielsku) The course concentrates on the general rules of private international law (renvoi, qualification, public order clause, etc) and the issues connected with the structure and function of collision norms. It also examines the sources of private international law (PIL), especially Polish act of PIL and international agreements prepared by The Hague Conference of Private International law. Students are also introduced to the law application and choice of law theories and to the influence of UE law on national systems of PIL.

Profile of studies - general academic.

Form of study - full-time.

Course type - specialization lecture.

Field and discipline of science - social sciences and legal sciences.

Year of study / sem. - year IV / sem. VIII.

Prerequisites - none.

Number of didactic hours divided into forms of conducting classes - 30 hours of lecture (including 15 hours of e-learning).

Teaching methods - lecture, consultation.

Student workload balance - participation in 30 hours of classes (including 15 hours e-learning), preparation for classes and exam 75 hours, participation in consultations related to classes 60 hours. Total: 150 hours, which corresponds to 6 ECTS credits

Quantitative indicators - student workload related to classes requiring direct teacher participation 75 hours, which corresponds to 3.0 ECTS points, and student workload not requiring direct teacher participation 75 hours, which corresponds to 3.0 ECTS points.
